1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ja79", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ja79 platform and its operating entity, accessible at ja79.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who registers an account on the ja79 platform or otherwise accesses any part of the platform.
• "Platform" means the ja79 website, mobile site, all games, all betting products, the payment cashier, the player account system, and all related services offered through ja79.io.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the ja79 platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on any betting market, casino game, live dealer game, slot, or any other product offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or bonus balance credited to your account in connection with a promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means the portion of your account balance consisting solely of deposited funds and any approved withdrawal-eligible winnings.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process conducted by ja79 in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ja79 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ja79 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The ja79 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and access any product or service on the Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. ja79 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, at first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point during the life of your account.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ja79 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is not permitted. ja79 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any specific jurisdiction outside of its intended market.

3.3 Capacity

By registering you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party, and that the funds you deposit are not derived from criminal activity.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one active account on the ja79 platform at any time. If ja79 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended without notice, all balances may be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled. ja79 may use device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account and when updating your account details at any subsequent time. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ja79 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify ja79 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 KYC Verification

ja79 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any stage. This process may involve submitting copies of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of ownership of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe requested by ja79 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or closure of your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

ja79 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are generally credited to your account within seconds of successful payment confirmation.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method at ja79's discretion. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets typically process within 15 to 30 minutes following approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days. ja79 reserves the right to apply standard processing windows of up to 72 hours during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

Only Real Money Funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. ja79 may withhold a withdrawal and conduct enhanced due diligence if the pattern of deposits and withdrawals suggests use of the Platform as a payment processing mechanism rather than for genuine gaming activity. In such cases, ja79 reserves the right to return deposits to their originating payment method and close the account.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, wins, and transactions are denominated in BDT. ja79 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the player's side through their banking provider are the sole responsibility of the player and not reimbursable by ja79.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses offered by ja79, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes, are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general conditions set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before a withdrawal request can be made. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds in combination, with Real Money Funds wagered first. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100%, while certain table games may contribute 10% or less. 6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your account automatically without notice. ja79 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.4 Abuse & Misuse

ja79 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using betting patterns that exploit a promotion without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at ja79's sole discretion and are final.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by ja79. ja79 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the Platform and a bet reference number has been assigned. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting authority or game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, ja79's records shall be considered definitive unless a clear and demonstrable error can be evidenced. Bets on cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the ICC, or the BCCI).

7.3 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, website error, or data feed disruption that results in a bet being accepted at clearly incorrect odds or on a market that should have been suspended, ja79 reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and return the stake to the player's account. Players who deliberately seek to exploit such errors may have their accounts suspended and any winnings voided.

7.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid change. Odds displayed on live markets are indicative and may change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed. Where odds change materially before confirmation, ja79 may offer you the revised odds or cancel the bet and return your stake at its discretion. It is your responsibility to confirm the final accepted odds before placing an in-play bet.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ja79 platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, and a permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials
• Providing false identity, age, or address information during registration or KYC verification
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place or manage bets
• Collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information exploitation
• Chargeback fraud, payment reversal abuse, or the use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured game settings for profit
• Systematic arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering or the use of the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at ja79 staff or other platform users

ja79 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is identified. Information relating to suspected criminal activity may be disclosed to the relevant authorities without notice to the player concerned.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ja79 platform, including but not limited to the ja79 brand name, logo, visual design, website layout, text, game assets, software, databases, and trade marks, is the exclusive intellectual property of ja79 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without express written permission from ja79
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Use the ja79 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without ja79's written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools

Any unauthorised use of ja79's intellectual property may give rise to a civil claim and/or criminal liability.

10 Privacy & Data

ja79 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement
• ja79 uses SSL encryption across all Platform connections to protect data in transit
• Personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting ja79 support, subject to applicable legal retention obligations

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform
• Any loss or corruption of data resulting from a technical fault, cyberattack, or force majeure event beyond ja79's reasonable control
• Any interruption to the Platform's availability due to maintenance, upgrades, or infrastructure issues
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data, live scores, or statistics displayed on the Platform
• Any decision to void, suspend, or settle a bet in circumstances outside ja79's control, including but not limited to match postponements, abandonments, or changes to official results

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ja79's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ja79 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ja79 will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The revised Terms will specify the date from which they take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to keep your email address updated in your account settings so that you receive amendment notifications. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the ja79 operating entity.

14.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the ja79 platform, you should first contact the ja79 support team by email at the address listed in the Contact section below. ja79 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within 14 business days. Where a complaint relates to a bet settlement, ja79's decision, made after reviewing all available evidence, shall be final and binding.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
